Winter stream #2
Oil on linen panel
8"x8"
SOLD

I decided to do a second version of this scene, this time with a little thicker paint and a couple compositional changes in mind. In the end, it turned out more abstract and lighter than the other one (previous post).

I'm going on vacation to Mexico this week and hope to come back with visions of sun, sand and sea to turn into new paintings. I've had enough of winter!

We've had the mildest winter I ever remember. So weird to see all the bloggers out there with their snow pictures this winter...

My favorite part of this one is that one lavender stripe.
